One-to-one support is my number one recommendation for bringing in clarity, safety and comfort to support your burnout recovery. These come in two forms: the Fireside Hour Package and bespoke. Both options start with a phone call to see if we’re a good fit, which lasts about 20 minutes.
WHO THIS IS FOR
These options will be for you if:
- You’re wanting tailored, immediate guidance
- You don’t have the bandwidth to trawl through a book or audio detailing strategies that might not be right for you
- You think you’re heading for burnout, and would like to work on prevention or you’re struggling with burnout overwhelm, and want to prioritise and balance responsibilities and wellbeing needs
- You need someone experienced and compassionate to provide objective support

FIRESIDE HOUR PACKAGE
We follow a four-stage process together:
- Written preparation,
- One hour in conversation together,
- A burnout recovery plan summary sent to you, and then
- 10 days access to me via voice notes.
This creates a holistic strategy that prioritises practicalities and comfort in your life, the optimum conditions for true recovery.

HOW THE PACKAGE WORKS: WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
The first step in our work is for me to send you a form to fill in, so that when we chat I’ve already had time to consider facts about your life, priorities and circumstances. You can give me as much information as you want or keep it simple and brief. I’m keen to provide you with bespoke support and guidance, so this helps us use our time together in the most useful and supportive way.
Our second step together is an hour’s conversation to explore and clarify your pressures and priorities, and your values, alongside what you’ve been experiencing. I might ask ask some questions about your preferences and past experiences with holistic wellbeing modalities.
Within a few days of our call, I reflect on the content of our call and what I’ve learnt about you, and put together a bespoke package of recommendations that will take into account your needs, preferences and other resources like time and energy. I call this stage the burnout recovery holistic plan, and this is sent to you in an email. Included within this plan is a discount code for the Sanctuary Space membership.
After that I am available to you via Voxer voice messaging (it works a bit like WhatsApp) for ten days so that we can clarify anything about your plan, and I can provide you with one-to-one flexible support that helps you put your plan into place at a pace that suits you.

We can work together in a more long-term way if you’d prefer ongoing support. I can create a bespoke package for you based on your needs and preferences. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is this confidential?
There is a confidentiality agreement in my terms and conditions to protect your rights so that you can speak freely in our sessions. The only reason a confidentiality agreement might need changing would be if you or anyone you mention could be in danger. You receive a copy of the terms and conditions before we work together.
I haven’t used Voxer before. How easy is it to use?
I find Voxer good to use for client work, because the set-up protects your personal information like your phone number. It’s also a flexible system that allows us each to reflect before responding. This works well if you need extra processing time for your thoughts, which is common with burnout.
How do I know if this is the right help for my burnout?
I have many years experience of conventional and alternative health approaches to wellbeing for all kinds of people. To be clear, I am not a medical professional, and I might ask some questions about your doctor’s involvement. I am most experienced at helping you achieve clarity of your issues and needs, establishing a sense of safety, and taking account of your needs, responsibilities and preferences in creating a bespoke plan.
I treat your information with the utmost respect and support, and I will be clear during our initial call if I feel that there is a mismatch between you as the client and me as the practitioner.
You can decide to go ahead with support on our call or take time to think it through. Either is fine. You have full agency.
